We can process returns and exchanges only for products purchased directly from Tangled Hair Techs International. We do not refund Hair Service Deposits, Shipping charges and Video Kit purchases.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of same or greater value, we will exchange it based on your original method of payment. We do not exchange for products of lesser value. For product refunds and product exchanges, the product must be returned to our warehouse within 15 calendar days of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the purchaser. The carton MUST be UNOPENDED to receive an exchange or refund.
All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on any returned merchandise.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
We want your Tangled Hair Techs International shopping experience to be a pleasant event.
MOST ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED BY OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.
With all orders you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been successfully received by our distribution center, usually on the following business day.
You will also receive an e-mail notification when your order has been shipped. This e-mail will also include a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order on the web.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
All ORDERS WILL SHIP WITH IN 10-14 DAYS. IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE SEYCHELLES, IT MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO REACH YOU, DEPENDING ON YOUR DISTANCE FROM THE UNITED STATES, AS WELL AS THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO CLEAR CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: (Outside Seychelles)
We accept orders from nearly every country in the world.
Please keep in mind that packages shipped outside of Seychelles may take up to 2-3 weeks because of the additional distance and because packages may have to clear customs when they reach the country of destination.
Further Note: Shipments outside the Seychelles may be subject to additional charges by local governments, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as customs duties. These charges vary by country and the size of your order and are assessed by the governmental agency, and not by Tangled Hair Techs International. These charges are in addition to the Shipping and Handling Charges
